DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R9, is Plaintiff and JOSEPHINE G. OBISPO; DB DEVELOPERS, INC.; LAKE FANTASIA HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN T. WILLIAMS; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JODY COX, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A GREGORY S. HART, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
