NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor of Plaintiff, Westchase Community Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 25th day of January, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 18, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 98 of Westchase Section “211”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 55 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 10607 Kidbrooke Court, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
