NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, and entered in 09-CA-023470 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF DEUTSHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA1 is the Plaintiff and NESTOR J. URDANETA A/K/A NESTOR URDANETA; SHELDON CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 NKA MICHAEL GIMBERT; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 OF SHELDON CREEK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 49 THROUGH 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
