NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-029343 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee of Bank of America, N.A. as Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank, N.A., as trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Assett-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and JAMES HINEGARDNER are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
