NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated January 15, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-CA-006541 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007KS3 is the Plaintiff and Rene Romero; Wendy Lee Romero a/k/a Wendy L. Romero; Idlewild Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 120 FEET OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 4, BLOCK 3, IDLEWILD-ON-THE-HILLSBOROUGH SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
