NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-007744-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S.BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA2 is Plaintiff and KABOOL, DONALD, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 16, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
