RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 28, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-011781-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DAT TAN NGUYEN A/K/A DAT T. NGUYEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 23 CULVER WOODS A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44 PAGE 115 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
