NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2015, entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-009590-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA N.A. is the Plaintiff and Dan Cetrone; The Unknown Spouse of Dan Cetrone; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Brandy Creek Homeowners Association, Inc.; State of Florida - Department of Revenue; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BRANDY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
