NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-003648-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and CARRIE L POTYANDY are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 14th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, COCONUT GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN 1983 PALM HARBOR MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO: VIN#23610850S.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
