NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-037397 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DENNIS JUAREZ A/K/A DENNIS M. JUAREZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS JUAREZ A/K/A DENNIS M. JUAREZ IF ANY; JOHN DOE N/K/A SEAN HALL; JANE DOE; BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 7th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK D, (LESS THE WEST 3 FEET THEREOF), AZALEA PARK SECTION TWENTY ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
