NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2015-CA-001554-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JESSICA PICHARDO; BELLA VIDA AT TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROBINSON PICHARDO; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 151 BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65 PAGES 90 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
