NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001509 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Todd Peterson, Tenant #1 N/K/A Shabree Meeker, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
