ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING IN THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR LITTLE PITTSBURG ROAD. LESS AND EXCEPT AND SUBJECT TO THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN A TAKING BY MANATEE COUNTY FOR ROAD R.O.W. AS RECORDED IN BOOK 1843, PAGE 867, MANATEE COUNTY RECORDS.
