NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-005707 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein First Bank d/b/a First Bank Mortgage, Plaintiff and Damon J. Presswood are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, LESS THE EAST 17 FEET OF LOT 42, BLOCK D, REVISED PLAT OF BAY-WAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
