NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA000849AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. GOOD A/K/A TOM GOOD; JODY GOOD; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; BARRINGTON RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JENNIFER STAHLMANN UNKNOWN TENANT 1; MATTHEW STAHLMANN TENANT 2, are defendants. Angelina M Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 5B, BARRINGTON RIDGE, PHASE 1C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 67 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
