NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, and entered in 2014CA003146 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK US, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-CW1 is the Plaintiff and DOMAINE CHERENFANT A/K/A DOMAINE JAMES CHERENFANT A/K/A DOMAINE J. CHERENFANT; LELANI MICHELLE SANCHEZ A/K/A LELANI CHERENFANT; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; CREEKWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESTBROOK AT CREEKWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; CREEKWOOD COMMONS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE COURT, MANATEE COUNTY are the Defendant(s).
