NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014CA006212, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is Plaintiff and ANDREW NELSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW NELSON; TAKESHA L. BROWN A/K/A TAKESHA LASHAY BROWN A/K/A TAKESHA BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAKESHA L. BROWN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PRIMUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES DBA KIA FINANCIAL SERVICES; CAPITAL ONE BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4 day of March , 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, DESEAR MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
