Dawson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on May 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1986, MAKE: GREEN BOAT, VIN#: FLFL2AF293207296 AND VIN#: FLFL2BF293207296.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
