NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-001502-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARIO A. RODRIGUEZ; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; HIGHLAND HOLDINGS, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SHELTER MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; TOWNE PARK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION; JANESSA CABAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 150, TOWNE PARK ESTATES PHASE 1-A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 140, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
