LOT 9, LAKE MARION GOLF RESORT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 35 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
