NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-001281-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LONNIE E. POPE A/K/A LONNIE EDGAR POPE, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 6, 7 and 10, Block 10, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 10, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
