NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 25, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA001802000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and STEWART KELLEY A/K/A STEWART E KELLEY A/K/A STUART KELLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEWART KELLEY A/K/A STEWART E KELLEY A/K/A STUART KELLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Stacy Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on March 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 132 FEET OF THE SOUTH 924 FEET OF THE WEST 330 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LESS THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF, SAID LANDS LYING AND BEING SITUATE IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
