Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 05, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, RUN NORTH ALONG THE SECTION LINE 2152.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°49'45” WEST, 682.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89°49'45” WEST, 682.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°13'30” EAST 330.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°49'45” EAST 682.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 330.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on March 10, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
