NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2014, and entered in 2009-CA-003763 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and S. CHARLES BENNETT III; LEILANI D. BENNETT; MARK J. WOODWARD AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 12/06/07; PORTOFINO AT PELICAN MARSH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 10, 2016the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
