NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-055143, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and YVONNE E. HENRY A/K/A YVONNE HENRY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME); ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 9, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27 AND 28, BLOCK 5392, UNIT 89, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 149 THROUGH 161, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
