NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050992 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein National Credit Union Administration Board, Acting in its capacity as Liquidating Agent for Huron River Area Credit Union, a/k/a NCUA as Liquidating agent for Huron River Area Credit Union, Pursuant To 12 U.S.C. Section 1787(B) is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA SHANNON MELNICHENKO, WILLIAM HARRY MASON A/K/A WILLIAM H. MASON, and LEE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 AM on 14 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 329, UNIT 56, GREENBRIAR, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
