Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb. 10, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-2214 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 11 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 498, Villagewalk of Bonita Springs, Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 44 through 64, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis penden, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
