NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050500, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF DAVID A. TITSCH AKA DAVID ALLAN TITSCH, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID A. TITSCH AKA DAVID ALLAN TITSCH, DECEASED; LINDA SMUDER; LINDA S. TITSCH; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HERITAGE PALMS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; THE VILLAS I AT LAKEMONT ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash via Online Sale - www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on March 14, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, BLOCK AA, HERITAGE PALMS, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 1 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
