NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050257 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-6, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is Plaintiff, and CARLOS ALFREDO LEON A/K/A CARLOS A. LEON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
