NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 12 day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-ca-054794, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. DENNIS DIGINTO ALBERT DIGINTO, JR. ROSE MARIE HAMILTON DEBBIE MCGONIGLE STEPHEN RECCHILONGO LOUIS RECCHILONGO ANTHONY RECCHILONGO, JR. GEORGE RECCHILONGO, JR. ROSEANNE SHARPLESS; and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF R J RECCHILONGO A/K/A ROOSEVELT J. RECCHILONG IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 3409, BUILDING NO. 4, OF CROSS CREEK OF FT. MYERS CONDO PHASE 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1761, PAGE(S) 518 THROUGH 586, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
