NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb. 12, 2016, entered in Case No. 36 2015-CA-050768 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and William A Allen a/k/a William Allen; The Unknown Spouse Of William A Allen a/k/a William Allen; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on March 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 3580, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 47 PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 5-11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
