YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Partition of Real Property and to Recover Possession of Property, located at 2174 McClellan Parkway, Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida 34239, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, JEFFREY M. GUY, ESQ., whose address is 240 South Pineapple Avenue, Sixth Floor, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before March 21, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida 34237, either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in t his lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the Clerk's office.
