NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001283 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and JAMES DEAN A/K/A JAMES L. DEAN; BOBBIE DEAN A/K/A BOBBIE J. DEAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CADENCE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SUPERIOR BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA PEOPLE'S COMMUNITY BANK OF THE WEST COAST; THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, THE MEADOWS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 23, 23A THROUGH 23G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
