Please to inform one and all that Sarasota County, Florida, business: '‹Flying Eagle Wellness Centre; '‹located at: 1999 Lincoln Drive, Suite 202, Sarasota, FL 34236, will be in business operation as of the date of December 28, 2015 and thereafter. Please note that as of December 28, 2015, the facility incorporated under the '‹Flying Eagle Wellness Centre'‹, is no longer open to the general public for services to be rendered. The facility/Clinic and providers through tribal regulations became a contracted tribal entity for the tribe in order to provide health care and services to its tribal members and those authorized by the tribe to receive healthcare benefits or services. Said persons or patients to be receiving health care or services are enrolled as Tribal Members or those authorized by the Tribe to receive health care or services which are all identified through Tribal issued Identification (ID.) Cards.
As of this date and henceforth the '‹Flying Eagle Wellness Centre,'‹ will be addressed and considered as a '‹Private Tribal held Corporation '‹closed to the general public for health care or services. The Private Tribally held Corporation will be governed and overseen by Reverend/Father Dr. Sean Stringer C.T.T.H. (Certified Traditional Tribal Healer).
