NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA002549 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is Plaintiff and JOHN TIPTON, MELLANY TIPTON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 672, Holiday Lake Estates Unit Nine, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 132-133, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
