NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2015CA002476CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, WILLIAM E. BOHN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of March, 2016, the following described property:
ALL THAT LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOT 1961, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT TWENTY ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 28 THROUGH 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
