THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 206, BUILDING 1, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF POINTE PLEASANT HARBOUR CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 3 THROUGH 9 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 9TH, 1983, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1292, PAGES 46 THROUGH 109 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on William Cobb, Esquire, Brock & Scott, PLLC., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1501 N.W. 49th Street, Suite 200, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before MARCH 21, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
