Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the In REM Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 20, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AES, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 14, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
