NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 512012CA001582XXXXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BENITO MARTINEZ A/K/A BENITO MARTINEZ-REYES; ASHTON OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROSA MARIA MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of March, 2016, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, ASHTON OAKS SUBDIVISION PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 47 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
