NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005321-ES -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF11 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH MORALES; AQUA FINANCE INC.; CONCORD STATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CONCORD STATION, LLP; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN; PASCO COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH MORALES; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of March, 2016, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
