NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003946-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is Plaintiff and MAYRA HERNANDEZ A/K/A MAYRA HERNANDEZ NIEVES; MANUEL CORNEJO A/K/A MANUEL DEJESUS CORNEJO; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT II; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, an any heirs devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, ALKEN ACRES, FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
