NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-012105 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Chase Bank Usa, N.A, Colleen Mcpike, Michelle Donnelly, Steven Fernandez, The Oaks Community Association, Inc., The Oaks Unit V Condominium Association, Inc, William Donnelly, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
