NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-007870 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Denise Sabot a/k/a Denise F. Sabot, The Highlands at Hunter's Green Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/ online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 906, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12788, AT PAGE 117, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
