NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2015 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 23, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 09CA032092 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and KARL A. HARRIS; LEA LAINE HARRIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHAWN DOUGLAS;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of March, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1, RAVENWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
