NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-003875 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-NC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1, Plaintiff, and, CHUNG, LLOYD, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 6, BLOCK 10 OF ORANGE RIVER ESTATES UNIT 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
