Lot 16 in Block 3 of LYNWOOD, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 47, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida: Less and Except that portion described as: Commence at the most Northwest corner of said Lot 16 and run Southeasterly along the Northerly boundary, a distance of 40.00 feet to Point of Beginning; thence run Southwesterly parallel to the Westerly boundary, a distance of 2.50 feet; thence run Southeasterly parallel to the Northerly Boundary a distance of 27.00 feet, thence Northeasterly parallel to said Westerly boundary, a distance of 2.50 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary, thence run Northwesterly along the North boundary, a distance of 27.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
