RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 4, 2016 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004547 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER J. FREIMUTH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 'C', OF BRANDON BROOK, PHASE VIII 'A' AND 'B', ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
