NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-000172, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is Plaintiff and KELLY M. HORNE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; VENTURA BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS BOOKER, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 21, VENTURA BAY TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGES 251 THROUGH 260, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
