NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-011158 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP., is Plaintiff and PAULA EAKER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND 10, BLOCK F, OF HILLSBORO HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2013 E Eskimo Avenue, Tampa, FL 33604
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
