LOT 18 IN BLOCK 19 OF GUERNSEY ESTATES, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4508 S TRASK ST, TAMPA, FL 33611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 24, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
